§ 115.109 SANITARY REQUIREMENTS.
   Every retail food store shall be conducted in a clean and sanitary manner and shall at all times be subject to the inspection of the City Health Commissioner. In all cases where perishable food is kept for sale, adequate provision should be made for the refrigeration of perishable foods that require refrigeration in order to keep them in a wholesome state. The premises of any retail food store shall be protected as far as practicable against flies and all manner of vermin. Spoiled or decayed food and any other refuse shall not be allowed to accumulate in or about the premises, and all refuse containers shall be of tight construction and furnished with adequate covers.
