§ 115.108 LICENSE FEE; TERM.
   (A)   The license fee to be paid by the applicant desiring to establish, operate or maintain a retail food store shall be $50 per year.
   (B)   All licenses shall expire on April 30 following the date of issuance. If issued for less than one year, the amount of the license fee shall be reduced pro rata.
