§ 115.086 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall deliver or install any automatic food vending machine within the city without having obtained a license.
   (B)   No person shall install, keep, maintain or use, or permit the installation, keeping, maintenance or use, upon such person’s premises of any automatic food vending machine for which a license has not been issued for the current year.
