For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTOMATIC FOOD VENDING MACHINE. Any mechanical container or device used for the sale of any article of food, the operation of which is governed or controlled by the deposit of a coin or token.
FOOD. Any cooked or uncooked article of food, drink, condiment or confection used for or intended to be used for human consumption.
MULTIPLE AUTOMATIC FOOD VENDING MACHINE. An automatic food vending machine equipped with or containing a plural number of magazines, columns, shelves or other compartments for the holding of food.
SINGLE AUTOMATIC FOOD VENDING MACHINE. An automatic food vending machine which is equipped with or containing one magazine, column, shelter or other compartment for the holding of food.
