§ 115.074 NOTICE TO BE POSTED.
   It shall be the duty of the restaurant operator or proprietor who furnishes parking to patrons to post on the premises in a conspicuous location, in words of not less than one inch type, at least one sign bearing the following legend:
 
CRUISING IN OR CONGREGATING OR LOITERING OUTSIDE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE IS UNLAWFUL. NO UNOCCUPIED VEHICLE MAY BE LEFT ON THE PREMISES FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE RESTAURANT OPERATOR.
