(A) No group of three or more persons shall congregate or loiter at any location on the premises of a drive-in restaurant other than in the restaurant building or in a parked motor vehicle.
(B) No person shall drive a motor vehicle onto the premises of a restaurant and then from the premises without parking the vehicle unless there is a lack of available parking space thereon.
