§ 115.071 INTOXICATING LIQUOR PROHIBITED ON PREMISES.
   No patron or other person on the premises of a drive-in restaurant, whether in or out of a motor vehicle, shall drink any beer or other intoxicating liquor or at any time to have in his or her possession any open bottle, can or other receptacle containing beer or alcoholic liquor.
