§ 115.056 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Commissioner of Health to enforce the provisions of this subchapter, and the Commissioner is authorized and empowered from time to time to inspect and examine all retail food establishments, as defined herein, for the purpose of ascertaining whether such sections and all ordinances of the city and laws of state, relative to retail food establishments, are being complied with.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of every owner or operator of a retail food establishment to permit such inspections to be made and, when required, to furnish samples of any foods kept, sold, offered for sale or served in any such establishment.
   (C)   The samples shall be examined or analyzed by or under the direction of the Commissioner of Health and a record of each such examination or analysis shall be made and kept on file in the Commissioner’s office.
