§ 115.038 LICENSE FEE; TERM.
   (A)   The annual license fee for a restaurant shall be $100. However, the license fee for a restaurant with a maximum seating capacity of less than 50 persons shall be $50 per year. The annual license fee for all other food dispensers shall be $50; provided that, in each case where the applicant for the license as a food dispenser is a person holding a Class A retailer’s liquor license under the provisions of Ch. 111 of this code of ordinances, the license fee to be charged shall be $25. Where the holder of such Class A retailer’s liquor license is engaged in the business of serving meals to the public regularly each day in the manner customarily followed by restaurants, the license fee shall be $50.
   (B)   A food dispenser’s license shall expire on April 30 next following its issuance. License fees payable upon the initial issuance of a license shall be reduced in proportion to the number of full quarters of the license year which have elapsed prior to the date on which the license is issued.
