§ 114.047 BOND REQUIRED.
   Every person engaged in the business of constructing, erecting and maintaining billboards, signboards or signs in the city shall file with the City Clerk a bond with sureties to be approved by the City Council, in the sum of $10,000, conditioned that such person shall faithfully comply with the provisions of this subchapter with reference to the construction, alteration, maintenance and safety of such billboards, signboards and signs and for the payment of such fees as are herein provided to be paid and, further, to save and keep harmless the city and its officials from all damages, liability, losses or judgments which may be claimed or recovered by any person against the city by reason of the erection, maintenance, removal or repair of any such billboard, signboard or sign.
