§ 114.046 SIGNBOARDS TO BE MAINTAINED IN SANITARY CONDITION.
   Any person who shall maintain billboards, signboards or signs under the provisions of this subchapter shall keep the same in a sanitary condition and shall not allow waste paper or refuse from billboards, signboards or signs to accumulate in or about the premises on which the same are erected or maintained.
