§ 114.044 REPORT TO BE FILED.
   Every person engaged in the business of erecting or maintaining billboards, signboards or signs for the purpose of display advertising shall file with the City Clerk a full and complete report of the location and size of all existing billboards, signboards or signs so maintained by such person, firm or corporation.
