§ 114.042 STRENGTH OF SIGNBOARDS.
   All billboards, signboards and signs now in existence or hereafter to be constructed, erected or maintained shall be made, constructed, erected and maintained of sufficient strength to withstand a wind pressure of 25 pounds per square foot of surface.
