§ 114.040 MATERIAL STANDARDS; FACE OR SIDE OF BUILDING.
   No sign, having a surface area of more than 25 square feet, shall be hereafter attached to the face or side of any building unless the face of such sign is wholly constructed of metal or other non-combustible material.
