§ 114.038 LOCATION RESTRICTIONS.
   No billboard or signboard shall be erected nearer to the front line of the lot on which it is located than the main front wall of the building immediately adjoining such billboard or signboard and in no case shall a billboard or signboard be erected nearer to the front line of the lot than the established building line.
