(A) No billboard or signboard hereafter erected on the surface of the ground shall exceed 12 feet in height, clear posting or painting surface.
(B) Every such billboard or signboard shall have an open space of not less than two feet between the lower edge of such board and the ground.
(C) The face of every billboard or signboard within the city limits shall be constructed of galvanized iron or other equally incombustible material, but the supporting structure and framework thereof may be of wood.
(D) All such billboards or signboards shall be securely anchored or fastened so as to be safe and substantial.
