(A) No nonresidential persons shall stop, stand or park on the following streets:

(B) Appropriate signs shall be erected by the Public Works Department on the street designated above informing the public regarding the residential-only parking requirement.
(C) The operator of any vehicle violating or failing to comply with any provisions of this schedule shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense.

(A) The following locations are hereby designated Permit Parking Only Zone B-10. Appropriate signs shall be erected by Public Works Department on the streets designated below informing the public regarding the Residential Parking restrictions. Upon receipt of an application and appropriate proof of actual residence within the Residential Permit Parking Only Zone B-10, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue annual "Residential Parking Permit" decals to residents of the District whose principal place of residence is located in the district.
