(A) Restriction. Any vehicle proceeding on the following streets on school days between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. shall abide by the one-way traffic signs to be erected in the following areas.

(B) Signage. Appropriate signs shall be erected by the Public Works Department on the street designated above informing the public regarding the one-way traffic requirements.
(C) Penalty. The operator of any vehicle violating or failing to comply with any provisions of this schedule shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $750 for each offense.
