The City Manager or his designee shall have the authority to revoke a parade or public assembly permit instantly upon violation of the conditions or standards for issuance as set forth in this chapter or the information contained in the application is determined to be false, misleading or incomplete.
A permit may also be revoked for the following reasons:
(a) An emergency occurs which would, if the parade or public assembly is carried out, impede traffic safety;
(b) Adverse weather conditions would, if the parade or public assembly is carried out, impede traffic safety;
(c) An applicant whose permit is revoked may appeal such decision as set forth in Section 309.11.
