§ 14.38 LICENSE REQUIRED; LICENSE FEES.
   (a)   Special event license. A person, other than a holder of a current annual establishment license as defined below, who sponsors a shall procure a special event license from the pursuant to this Division C. A separate license shall be required for each such special event sponsored, and the fee for such a license shall be as set forth in City Code Appendix A.
   (b)   Annual establishment license. Any person who operates a hotel/motel, a club, a (Type I or II) food restaurant, a restaurant in which intoxicating liquor is served or an establishment licensed for on-sale 3.2% malt liquor and allows a that is sponsored by another person to take place on the licensed premises shall procure an annual license from the pursuant to this Division C. The license shall be effective for one year from the date of approval, and the fee for the license shall be as set forth in City Code Appendix A.
