§ 14.09 TEMPORARY LICENSE OR PERMIT.
   (a)   Issuance. The may grant a temporary license or permit to a or for a trade or function requiring a license or permit under this code if one or more of the following circumstances apply:
      (1)   The business, trade or function to be engaged in is not done so regularly by the applicant; and
      (2)   The issuance of a temporary license or permit, and the fee for a temporary license or permit is not in conflict with a specific provision of the ordinance pertaining to the business, trade or function involved.
   (b)   Application process. An application for a temporary license or permit shall be made at least 15 days prior to the day the business, trade or function is scheduled to be held in the city, except as may otherwise be specifically provided in this code. The applicant for a temporary license or permit shall specify the day or days the business, trade or function shall be engaged in or held and shall submit any additional information as may be required by the .
   (c)   Fee. The fee for a temporary license shall be as set forth in City Code Appendix A.
