§ 12.103 TRANSPORTATION OF DOGS.
   No shall carry or cause to be carried any dog upon any vehicle or otherwise, without providing suitable racks, crates, carriers or cages of suitable size for the dog during transportation, unless the dog is placed in the passenger area of the vehicle.
