BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 12.98 SANITATION.

No shall permit feces, urine or food scraps to remain in any place where any animal is kept for a period that is longer than what is reasonable and consistent with proper health and sanitation or odor prevention.
