If, at the end of the period fixed by the Environmental Health Manager or hearing officer for the abatement of , the is not abated by the , the Manager of Environmental Health may cause the same to be abated or removed by the city in any manner deemed appropriate with the costs thereof subject to assessment against the in the manner set forth for a public nuisance in § 12.06 of the city code.
