§ 12.69 UNLAWFUL CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume on any public street, right-of-way, sidewalk, pathway or bikeway, or in a vehicle parked on any public street or right-of-way.
