BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 12.49 AUTHORIZED ORGANIZATIONS.

Only nonprofit organizations which have been licensed by the State Gambling Control Board and which have a membership of at least 15 members may conduct lawful gambling at authorized locations.
