(a) A
who knowingly or intentionally in a
or setting:
(1) Appears in a state of
;
(2) Fondles the genitals of himself or herself;
(3) Fondles the genitals of another
; or
(4) Urinates or defecates commits public indecency and is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b) It is not a violation of this section for a woman to breast feed.
