§ 12.11.06 PARTICIPATION IN UNLAWFUL GATHERINGS.
   (a)   No person shall congregate because of, or participate in, any .
   (b)   No person shall keep or permit an on any owned, leased, controlled or occupied by that person.

   (e)   Any person who is the owner, or person in control of a building and refuses to admit attempting to gain reasonable access to the premises for the purpose of investigating a suspected on the or any structure thereon or refuses to disperse an at the building after being ordered to do so by a police officer shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (f)   A police officer, who has probable cause to believe an is occurring on may make reasonable entry onto the or structure thereon in a manner consistent with law for the purpose of investigating suspected law violations.
   (g)   A police officer may order all persons present at any public or private place or building where an is occurring to immediately disperse.
