No person shall park any
on any public right-of-way in the city or permit any
to remain on any public right-of-way in the city for a period of 48 hours commencing immediately after the city has declared a snow emergency and provided public notice of the same on the city website and on the city’s snow emergency hotline, or until snow removal comprising the full width of the public street has been completed, whichever occurs first.
