(a) No person shall park a vehicle on any private driveway, private property or parking area on private property without the direct or implied consent of the
of such property.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to park or store a
advertised “for sale” on public or private property without the express consent of the
of such property. Any
found parked or stored in violation of this section may be towed and
in accordance with the procedures set forth in this chapter.
(c) It shall be the responsibility of the
of such property to tow or otherwise remove unwanted or unpermitted
at his or her expense.
