§ 8.28 DEFINITION AND REGULATIONS.
   (a)   SNOWMOBILE DEFINITION. A self-propelled vehicle designed for travel on snow or ice or a natural terrain steered by wheels, skis or runners.
   (b)   Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile on publicly or privately owned property within the city.
   (c)   Exceptions. This prohibition shall not apply to:
      (1)   The loading or unloading of snowmobiles from a trailer or used to transport them;
      (2)   The use of snowmobile for a rescue, emergency or law-enforcement purpose; or
      (3)   The use of snowmobile for park maintenance.
