§ 8.25 IMPLIED CONSENT TO SELL.
   A registered who fails to claim the vehicle within the applicable time period allowed under M.S. Chapter 168B, as it may be amended from time to time, is deemed to waive any right to reclaim the vehicle and consents to the disposal or sale of the vehicle and its contents and transfer of title.
