§ 8.20 PURPOSE.

   It is the purpose of this Division B to establish a procedure by which the city, or its towing authority can remove abandoned , junk , inoperable or unauthorized vehicles by towing or other means and thereafter store and dispose of such vehicles through a contractual delegation of authority to a person, firm or corporation.
