§ 8.11 UNREASONABLE ACCELERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
   No person may drive or operate a on any public or private roadway, sidewalk path or property within the city in a manner that creates or causes unreasonable acceleration. Prima facie evidence of such unreasonable acceleration shall be unreasonable squealing or screeching sounds emitted by the tires or unnecessary skidding or sliding upon acceleration or both.
