BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 7.11 EMERGENCY FACILITIES.

Consistent with the plan, the Director shall provide for and equip as required, emergency hospitals, casualty collection points, ambulances, canteens, evacuation centers and other facilities, or conveyances for the care of the injured or homeless persons.
