The city shall have access to and receive copies of the list of businesses that have had affirmative action plans approved by the State Commissioner of Human Rights and that have been issued certificates of compliance by the State Department of Human Rights. The city may require those contractors which do not have such certificates to submit affirmative action plans to the city.
