BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 2.76 RULES OF PROCEDURE.

Each shall formulate rules of procedure consistent with all applicable laws that govern matters relating to the including but not limited to meeting schedules and times, meeting locations, conduct of meetings, officers, and procedures. The rules of procedure and any amendments thereto shall be submitted to the City Council for approval.
