§ 2.75 CONDUCT OF MEETINGS.
   (a)   Every city meeting shall be conducted by a chairperson who shall be responsible for coordinating preparation of the meeting agenda with the city staff liaison.
   (b)   A secretary assigned from city staff shall attend every meeting and make a record of the meeting. Agendas for the meetings and minutes of the meetings shall be made available to the members of the City Council in a timely manner. The minutes of the meetings shall note the attendance of members of the City Council. A calendar of the meetings of each shall be sent to the City Council on an annual basis.
   (c)   Each matter to be considered by a must be provided to the city staff liaison for that prior to being considered at a meeting of the .
   (d)    meetings shall not be held during regularly scheduled meetings of the City Council.
