§ 2.74 RELATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL.

   (a)   Each commission shall inform the City Council of its activities and accomplishments through the following means:

      (1)   Providing the minutes of each commission meeting via web posting, electronic delivery or paper delivery;

      (2)   Providing the annual report and work plan of the commission. The City Council must review and approve the annual commission work plan; and

      (3)   When requested by the City Council or by the chairperson of the commission, having a joint meeting between the City Council and the commission to discuss past, current and future activities of the commission.
