The purpose of this Division B is to provide a procedure by ordinance as an alternative to that set forth under provisions of M. S. Chapter 429, as it may be amended from time to time, in the assessment or charging of benefited
for various services and maintenance of streets. This Division B is adopted pursuant to the provisions of the Home Rule Charter of the city and is in accord with the authorization under M.S. § 429.111, as it may be amended from time to time.
