A license holder is subject to the following restrictions:
   (a)   The distilled liquor must be produced and packaged on the premises;
   (b)   The distilled liquor hours of must conform to the hours of for license holders within the city;
   (c)   The distilled liquor are limited to a 375 milliliter bottle per customer per day; and
   (d)   The distilled liquor being sold by the must also be available for distribution by .
