BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 17.17 DOUBLE FEES.

In the event a person shall make , approaches and entrances within the city without obtaining a permit as required in this Article I, the fee for such permit shall be doubled, in addition to other penalties provided.
