A violation of this Article IX or the making of any false statement in connection with the securing of any permit from the issuing authority shall be a misdemeanor under state law. The continued violation of any provisions of this Article IX shall constitute a separate offense under this Article IX for each and every day such violation shall continue. Civil penalties shall be subject to assessment pursuant to § 12.15 of the City Charter and § 1.19 of this city code. However, nothing in this Article IX shall be construed to limit the city’s other available legal remedies for any violation of the law, including without limitation, criminal, civil and injunctive actions.
