(a) The license fee is as set forth in City Code Appendix A.
(b) No refund of the license fee will be made to a licensee discontinuing operation or who sells, transfers, gives away or otherwise disposes of a licensed building,
or
to another
, firm or corporation.
(c) A late fee will be assessed for a license application and fee received after the expiration date.
