11-6-4: ZONING OF ANNEXED LAND:

Any additions to the incorporated area of the village shall automatically be classified in the ER-1 estate residence district. Nothing contained in this section shall prevent an interested party from requesting that any property be rezoned upon annexation to the village. (Ord. 2002-34, 8-12-2002)
