10-13-4: COPY OF DISCLOSURE TO VILLAGE; AUTHORITY TO INSPECT SELLER'S RECORDS:
The condominium developer or seller shall provide the village with a copy of each executed written disclosure obtained from a purchaser within five (5) business days after the disclosure has been obtained as set forth in section 10-13-2 of this chapter. Failure to make a timely tender of the written disclosure to the village shall be a violation of this chapter. The village shall have the right to inspect the files of the condominium seller to verify that all required written consents have been obtained as required by this chapter. The filing of the disclosure with the village shall be a condition for final inspection and occupancy and for the final billing for utility service. (Ord. 2002-20, 6-3-2002)
