The written notification mandated by section 10-13-2 of this chapter shall be signed by the prospective purchaser indicating this disclosure has been made prior to entering into the contract for purchase of the condominium unit. There shall be a provision in the disclosure indicating that the prospective purchaser has read the disclosure and understands all of the information therein pertaining to parking of vehicles on the subject premises and on streets surrounding the condominium property.
