A. Annexation Or Preannexation Agreements: As part of its enforcement of the Countywide ordinance, the Village requires that every development complies with the stormwater standards of the Countywide ordinance, as amended, with regard to any proposed development for which a plat of subdivision has not been previously recorded or is to be amended after the Countywide ordinance was adopted by the Village.
B. Rules And Procedures Of The County Stormwater Management Committee: As part of its enforcement of the Countywide ordinance, the Village consents to be bound by the rules and procedures governing its complete waiver community status, including, without limitation, the County Stormwater Management Committee's procedures for reasserting County jurisdiction over stormwater management within the Village's boundaries.
