The general certifications adopted by the DuPage County board April 24, 2012, pursuant to ordinance OSM-002-12 "General Certifications For Chapter 15 Of The DuPage County Code - DuPage Countywide Stormwater And Flood Plain Ordinance", and presented below, are hereby adopted by reference.
A. Construction of accessory structures in a flood plain (GC no 1);
B. Construction of boardwalks (GC no 2);
C. Construction of boat lifts and piers in a flood plain, buffer, and/or wetland (GC no 3);
D. Construction of a deck in a flood plain or buffer (GC no 4);
E. Demolition of structures in a flood plain, buffer, and/or wetland (GC no 5);
F. Construction of posts, fencing, and guard rails in a flood plain or buffer (GC no 6);
G. Construction of recreational facilities not located in a wetland (GC no 7);
H. Construction of sidewalks, trails, patios, and driveways outside of wetlands (GC no 8);
I. Construction of storm sewer outfalls and outlet channels located in a floodway, flood plain, buffer, and/or wetland (GC no 9);
J. Construction of shoreline or stream bank stabilization measures (GC no 10);
K. Construction of topsoil and sand restoration in a flood plain, floodway or buffer, but not within a wetland (GC no 11); and
