10-8-1: VILLAGE ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE:
The energy conservation code of the village (hereinafter referred to as the "energy conservation code") shall hereafter be identical with the provisions of that publication entitled Illinois energy conservation code, which is incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth by this chapter.
